EVS Translations operates an ERM system with which EVS Translations and the client can centralise and automate all translation project processes and workflows into one location. Clients can upload new projects, request quotations, download completed files, post feedback, create reports on individuals, departments or company spends.
Our process-oriented quality management system with integrated workflows allows real-team assessment of resource utilisation, project status, as well as ongoing updates of target/actual status for individual projects. The project status is updated on a daily basis, with EVS Translations deploying an established process to handle capacity bottlenecks in line with the requirements of DIN EN 15038 and ISO 9001:2000. Reserves are integrated into the planning of every project, so as to be able to cushion unforeseen difficulties, which cover human resources as well as working environment. This allows EVS Translations stringent adherence to deadlines, achieving absolute delivery reliability.
